The best thing for me was the focus. I enjoyed not feeling jittery. Also 0 crash is exactly what I NEED!

I'm not sure whats in your ENR-G Blu Ras but WOW! I am so much stronger working out with it then any other brand. I didn't even realize the difference until I had to go without it.
